New to Riding?

So… you’re considering giving indoor cycling a spin! WELCOME! We’re glad you’re considering taking the RIDE with us.

Are you a seasoned triathlete riding inside for the winter? Or maybe you’ve forgotten what it feels like to break a sweat and are now wondering when was the last time your sneakers were tied. Our all-star instructors are trained to accommodate all levels of athletes and coach our clients to make you fitter, faster and stronger!

Each RIDE is estimated to burn between 400-600 calories. But it’s up to you. You control your RIDE’s speed, resistance and fun so you can progress at the pace that’s right for you. Our instructors will coach and inspire you to take your RIDE to the next level help you achieve your fitness goals.

Our instructors are our most important assets and each brings a different flair to RIDE. We encourage you to try a few different instructors’ to find the RIDE style that best fits your preferences.

All new RIDErs should plan to arrive 10 minutes early to their first RIDE.  Our seasoned instructors will ensure you are properly setup on your bike and share some brief RIDE tips. Each RIDEr is unique and so are your bike settings.  Our studio is eqipped with a changing room and storage for all personal belongings.  Make sure you come dressed ready to sweat, with either sneakers or SPD clip compatible cycling shoes, and let us take care of the rest!
